I found the staff very accommodating. Tamer at the concierge was consistently polite and helpful with arranging taxis. nando, the lifeguard, maintained the pool area well. sandeep at the outside bar was proactive and friendly, he really enhanced the atmosphere. housekeeping dillp was courteous and professional, always providing helpful information.

The gym felt quite small for a tall hotel. It seemed that more equipment or space would improve the experience greatly.

the hotel felt brand new. housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate each day. friendly staff offered assistance whenever i needed it. (i especially enjoyed the little towel animals they made!)

the location was a bit far from some attractions. shuttle buses to the metro station existed, but more frequent service would be a valuable improvement. the wait times sometimes cut into my exploring time.

The hotel provided a complimentary cake and a fruit plate to celebrate my birthday! the room was very clean. It included necessary bath tools. the pool temperature was nicely warm. the reception and guest service were excellent. I felt very welcome and cared for.

The shower pressure could have been stronger. It was adequate, though not as powerful as i prefer.
